The Ulco Medical installation and training team has both clinical and technical experts with a range of qualifications and experiences. The Training Consultants have extensive experience in delivering customer training for a wide range of new capital equipment installations.

A project meeting will be scheduled at the beginning of the planning process with appropriate representation of Clinical and Technical staff from your department and from Ulco Medical. The successful transition to a new equipment installation is Ulco Medical's ultimate goal. Our extensive experience with new installations has enabled us to continually focus on the quality of our work and the continual improvement of the installation process.

We believe that there are several factors that are critical in this process that ensures the seamless introduction and integration of the equipment supplied by Ulco Medical into the clinical environment for patient care delivery.

Of vital importance is the time dedicated to a training schedule which includes pre-installation workshops, focussed training sessions around the time of installation and go-live support once the equipment is in use.
